30 min essay. Topic: should we complain to get what we want
Picture this, you are on a babysitting job and you offer the child a snack. All of a sudden he whines that, no, he doesn’t want fruit gummies he wants goldfish. So usually you go and get the goldfish because you are not raising him. But, is it right to complain to get what we want? Is it true that “the squeaky wheel gets the grease”?
It is never right to whine. No matter what anyone says whining is a very bad thing to do. Even whiners don’t like whiners, Just like no one likes the “squeaky wheel”, but they have to get the grease to quiet it.
The children with the misfortune of being complainers usually stop being so when they reach adulthood. Why? Because people hate being in the company of people that complain so much that they push them out. The complainer usually realizes that, in order to have friends, they can’t whine or complain. Sometimes the complainer simply finds out that the world will not give them what they want because they complain.
So, is it right to complain? No, it definitely is not good at all to complain under almost any circumstance. You have to roll with the punches and realize that you will be happier if you do. Usually the world does not give you what you want just because you complain. It is wrong on every level to complain to get what you want.
